CANCELLATION POLICY
At Four Roots Beauty Collective, your time and mine are both valued. Please review the following policies before booking: Booking Requirements A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Guest Policy To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only the client receiving the service is allowed in the service area. No extra guests or children permitted unless previously approved. Right to Refuse Service Four Roots Beauty Collective reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for inappropriate behavior, lateness, or failure to follow policies.
